The challenge faced by the team at Bayer / Corn States was to create an innovative e-learning platform that catered to the needs of individual users with different levels of permissions. To improve the learning experience, the team undertook a comprehensive approach by identifying the target audiences, implementing a refreshed brand, and adopting responsive design techniques. This ensured that the platform was not only visually appealing but also user-friendly on various devices and accessible to a wide range of users. In addition, particular emphasis was placed on making the system easy to learn for users, enabling them to quickly understand their progress and tasks, while also providing admins with the capability to monitor and export team reports.

There were multiple variations of the sitemap created based on each users the level of permissions. These various versions allowed for flexibility and customization to cater to different user roles and access levels. Each step of every process was meticulously identified and built out into detailed flows, ensuring that every action was accounted for and seamlessly integrated into the overall user experience. From initial login to final sign out, every interaction was carefully mapped out, leaving no room for confusion or inefficiency.
Wireframes identified how to organize the content while rapid prototyping unveiled all interactions throughout the site.
Branding
Using earth tones and versatile typography, we ushered in a fresh new look for Corn States' innovative learning platform. With careful attention to detail, we seamlessly integrated warm, nature-inspired colors that not only evoke a sense of tranquility but also create a visually cohesive experience for users. The choice of typography further adds to the platform's versatility, allowing information to be easily consumed while maintaining a modern and professional aesthetic. This new design not only enhances the user experience but also adds a touch of sophistication to Corn States' educational offerings.
