In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target audiences, our team initiated the process by conducting an immersive stakeholder workshop. Taking into account the current and potential audiences, we facilitated thoughtful discussions and engaged stakeholders from various backgrounds to gather their valuable insights. This collaborative environment fostered an exchange of ideas and perspectives, allowing us to dive deeper into the intricacies and nuances of the audiences we were targeting. By doing so, we uncovered unique opportunities and challenges that inspired us to develop tailored strategies and initiatives that would resonate with these audiences on a deeper level.

Competitive Analysis

During our comprehensive external analysis, we diligently explored various facets of the industry, examining market trends, competitors' strategies, and customer preferences. After meticulous research, we meticulously compiled critical insights and noteworthy findings, which we then effectively communicated to the team. With the aim of fostering successful outcomes, we identified actionable items in our report that will guide us during the upcoming design phase.

User testing was completed to help us thoroughly understand the users' opinions, perceptions, and overall experience with EHI.com. By engaging with real users, we were able to gain valuable insights and feedback that helped us identify potential issues and areas for improvement. This proactive approach allowed us to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments before finalizing our site recommendations. Ultimately, user testing played a crucial role in ensuring that EHI.com meets the needs and expectations of its target audience.
