Improve the overall presence of Enterprise Holdings and establish as an innovative mobility company. Identify and develop a strong brand and audience personas.

We began by leading a stakeholder workshop to discuss current and potential audiences.

We completed an external analysis and presented key findings and actionable items to implement in the design phase.

 

User testing was completed to help us understand the users’ opinions and perceptions of EHI.com. It helps to identify potential issues before arriving at final site recommendations.
