MEET

CHELSEA

I’m a working mama with two wild boys, continuing to try and find that work/mom/wife/invisible illness balance. My hope is to inspire you to see the bright side of life, even in the most challenging times.

I’m married to to this one-of-a-kind man, Adam. We both reluctantly agreed to go on a date together (set up by his sister, my then coworker) — and the rest is history. I’m go-getter, perfectionist. Adam is my rationale, keep-me-in-line rock. We both grew up on different sides of the Midwest and now we’re raising a family of our own.

I’ve always had a big love for all things design, home and food. As a child you could often find me plotting my room layout on graph paper and rearranging — before I started moving the furniture around myself. Now, with a home of our own, I’m constantly finding new projects to tackle! We moved into our home in May of 2018 — this was a total God moment for us to be in our dream subdivision with a yard and a beautiful home. Over the past few years, we’ve slowly been making it our own!

My life is by no means all rainbows and butterflies, but over the past few years, my faith has grown even deeper. I have a big God who has seen me through it all. We’ve had our share of amazing times, but it hasn’t been without losses and illness. We lost our first son, Ethan to acrania in 2014 and I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in March 2020. I want to advocate for mother’s of angels and help share awareness of this terrible disease. I hope to inspire you, bring some joy and smiles and encourage you to choose the joy in all the things. After all, life is too short!
